SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2021
The recruitment process of SSC GD 2021 has begun on 17th July 2021 post the release of SSC GD Notification 2021. Candidates are required to apply online for SSC GD 2021 Exam from 17th July to 31st August 2021. SSC GD 2021 Exam will be conducted to selected candidates for the post of constable in BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSF, SSB, NIA and riflemen in Assam Rifles(AR).

SSC GD application fee for male candidate is Rs 100. However, women/SC/ST/PwD/ESM candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.

SSC GD 2021 Eligibility Criteria
All candidates who are willing to apply for the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2021 should check the available SSC GD Eligibility Criteria given below. The candidates who will satisfy the SSC GD post conditions will able to apply the application form online. All candidates should have a look at the eligibility criteria that is mentioned below for the various posts in the SSC GD recruitment advertisement.
SSC GD Educational Qualification (As on 01-08-2021): Candidates applying for GD Constable (BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSF, SSB, NIA and riflemen) must have passed 10th class or equivalent from a recognized board.
SSC GD Age Limit (As on 01-08-2021): Candidate is required to be between 18 to 23 years in order to be eligible for SSC GD 2021 Exam. The crucial date of age-limit will be calculated with reference to 01-08-2021. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-08-1998 and later than 01-08-2002. Age relaxation is given to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the government rules.

SSC GD Constable Salary 2021
The initial salary of a General Duty Constable is Rs. 23,527 per month and the starting basic pay of Constable is Rs. 21,700. The maximum basic pay for SSC GD Constable can reach up to Rs. 69,100.
SSC GD 2021 Selection Process
The entire recruitment process of SSC GD 2021 will be completed in four stages: Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and at the last the Medical Test. Candidates who will qualify the exam will have to appear for document verification.

SSC GD 2021 Exam Pattern
The Computer Based Examination (CBE) will be conducted by the Commission English/ Hindi Only. The test will be objective type test constituting of 4 sections. 25 questions are to be asked each carrying 1 marks. 0.25 marks will be deducted when a question is attempted wrong.
